Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine factors affecting supply chain collaboration and impact of supply chain collaboration on the operational performance of Vietnam's export seafood supply chain. Research data is collected from interviews with 225 business premises and enterprises in the export seafood supply chain of Vietnam. The data analysis methods used include reliability testing of the scale, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM). The research results show that the level of trust between partners, the culture of cooperation, the maturity in the cooperation process, and the government's support have positive influences on the cooperation of export seafood supply chain in Vietnam. The research results also confirm the positive impact of supply chain cooperation on the performance of the export seafood supply chain. Therefore, the study proposes recommendations to businesses, industry associations, and the government to promote cooperation in the supply chain of export seafood in Vietnam.
