Hợp đồng tâm lý và giữ chân nhân viên: Vai trò trung gian của thương hiệu tuyển dụng, danh tiếng doanh nghiệp và sự hài lòng trong công việc

Giữ chân nhân viên trong các công ty xây dựng ở TP. Hồ Chí Minh đang trở nên khó khăn do ảnh hưởng của khủng hoảng kinh tế gần đây, gây ra suy yếu tài chính và làm bất ổn trong việc duy trì đội ngũ nhân sự. Nghiên cứu này đã điều tra mối quan hệ giữa hợp đồng tâm lý và giữ chân nhân viên, tập trung vào vai trò của sự hài lòng trong công việc, thương hiệu tuyển dụng, danh tiếng doanh nghiệp như là các biến trung gian. Thông qua việc sử dụng phương pháp định lượng và phần mềm SmartPLS để phân tích dữ liệu từ 427 nhân viên, các giả thuyết về tác động của hợp đồng tâm lý đến khả năng giữ chân nhân viên đã được kiểm định và chấp nhận. Kết quả cũng thể hiện sự khác biệt về giới tính trong mối quan hệ giữa sự hài lòng trong công việc đến giữ chân nhân viên; giữa hợp đồng tâm lý đến thương hiệu tuyển dụng. Ngoài ra, kết quả cũng cho thấy sự khác biệt về độ tuổi và tình trạng hôn nhân. Dựa trên kết quả, nghiên cứu đặt ra một số hàm ý cho nhà quản trị nhằm nâng cao hợp đồng tâm lý, thương hiệu tuyển dụng, danh tiếng doanh nghiệp, sự hài lòng trong công việc để góp phần giữ chân nhân viên trong các doanh nghiệp xây dựng.
