Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục tiêu kiểm định mối quan hệ giữa năng lực tâm lý với cam kết làm việc và kết quả công việc của nhân viên. Dữ liệu nghiên cứu được thu thập từ 501 nhân viên đang làm việc tại các doanh nghiệp điện-điện tử trong khu công nghiệp TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Kết quả phân tích cấu trúc tuyến tính (SEM) cho thấy năng lực tâm lý có tác động dương mạnh đến cam kết làm việc và kết quả công việc; cam kết làm việc có tác động dương thấp hơn đến kết quả công việc. Từ kết quả nghiên cứu, một số hàm ý được đề xuất nhằm giúp nhà quản trị của các doanh nghiệp điện-điện tử cải thiện chính sách nhân sự nhằm nâng cao năng lực tâm lý, từ đó, góp phần làm tăng cam kết làm việc và kết quả công việc của nhân viên.
